Not All SHE-roes Wear Capes

I rarely post on social media, but I am compelled to share my recent experience of my vacation in Jamaica.

I booked my vacation with travel advisor Sere Powell of Dreamy Vacations Travel Agency.

As per Serina's booking instructions, in the event of any issues, my first point of contact would be the front desk.

There were some accommodation issues on the hotel's end in which they had failed to address and reconcile.

However, Serina "swooped" in faster than the speed of lightning and took charge of the matter, advocating on my behalf for an outstanding stay. From that point forward, I was upgraded and given the "Diamond Treatment."

This is one of the advantages of booking your getaway with a trusted travel agent who cares about you having the ultimate experience.
